Pattern recognition is a subfield of Artificial Intelligence that deals with the automatic detection of patterns in data. This technique is used to analyze and classify patterns in data to make decisions, identify trends, and make predictions. Pattern recognition can also be used to distinguish between normal and undesirable images, languages, patterns, and designs to prevent malicious actors or harmful content from gaining access to the system.
