Where can I redeem the voucher code?

You have received a voucher code?

To redeem a voucher code, enter the code under point 4 in our shop. The price and term are then automatically adjusted.

What other services do you offer?

As social scientists and programmers, we offer consulting in the areas of statistics & analysis, management consulting with a focus on efficiency increase/automation using algorithms, and consulting for foundations in the areas of IT and fundraising.

Furthermore, we offer individual programming of SQL databases and website development based on PHP, MySQL/NoSQL, Python as well as frameworks like symfony.

Where does the data come from?

Our technology: your added value.

Thanks to our self-developed, high-performance crawling infrastructure and the use of the latest machine learning methods, we are not dependent on third-party data deliveries, but constantly collect and process the raw data ourselves - 24 h a day, 365 days a year, with several million queries per month. Our domain pool currently consists of over 23 million websites/URLs and is constantly being expanded. Automated routines and processes enrich the data, check it against sources such as the commercial register and thus become part of our quality-assured databases. We can offer these to you more cost-effectively than the competition thanks to more efficient structures and automated processes.

Can I change to another tariff at a later date after ordering?

No matter whether single license or solutions for larger companies. Adjust your tariff according to your needs.

Of course you can switch to a multi-user tariff during the current license period - easily and at any time in the customer area according to your current needs.

What happens to my data after the license period expires?

Whether you are a customer for one or more years - with the export function you always have control over your data.

Your personal and billing data can be exported in the customer area even after the license period has expired. However, the export function or access to the data in the Media & PR database ends when this period expires. Of course, you can extend the license at any time and thus benefit from current data.

Are there any other or hidden costs apart from the prices shown?

Full transparency & cost control

The prices stated in the invoice for the respective license period apply. A tacit extension takes place not. If you have individual requests for adjustments or extensions, we will be happy to implement them at a reasonable price. Simply contact us in the customer area.

What payment options are there?

Invoice, bank transfer - your payment options.

By default, you order from us as a commercial customer on account. Alternatively, you can also choose payment in advance by bank transfer during the ordering process. If you need a printed postal invoice for your accounting, you can have it sent to you by letter for an additional charge of 2.50 EUR. The possibility of downloading the invoice in pdf format in the customer area is already included in the purchase price.
