Database marketing is a form of direct marketing in which companies use customer data to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns. Database marketing focuses on gathering information about individual customers and using that data to create targeted and personalized offers. It can also be used to create segmented marketing campaigns that are specifically tailored to the needs of different target groups.
